Lead and manage the SC PTM team
Perform annual appraisal and mid-year interviews, SDP & career path, recruitments, coaching, assess competencies level to build training plan, enhance the multitasking & multi-skills of its team

Define and drive his budget (project load and investments); in case of multi-site scope, organises/sizes…
