The Career Coach is an AI chatbot available on the Insights and Job Feed pages. It answers career and job-search questions grounded in your own profile, live matches, skill recommendations, salary benchmarks, and market data it never invents numbers or roles that aren't in your actual data.

• Multi-Provider AI Resilience: Backed by a high-availability tiered LLM pipeline (Cerebras Llama 3.3 70B primary -> Groq Qwen 2.5 27B fallback -> Gemini Flash fallback) with automatic 300s cooldown backoff so the coach remains responsive.
• What it can help with: your match scores and how to improve them, which skills to learn next (with data on how many more jobs each unlocks), application strategy across your current matches, resume and interview preparation tailored to specific roles, salary benchmarks from real live jobs, and how any Jobspiq feature works.
• Daily limit: 5 questions per day per account. The quota resets at midnight UTC. The question counter is shown in the chat header (e.g. '3/5 today').
• Online vs Offline: when the header shows a green 'Online' dot, the AI is live and answering with full context. An amber 'Offline' label means the AI backend is temporarily unavailable in that case the coach falls back to a deterministic skill-recommendation message based on your profile.
• Starter prompts: tap any of the four starter prompts to begin without typing.
• Context window: the coach carries the last 6 turns of conversation for continuity in a session. Starting a new session clears the history.
• Scope: strictly career, job-search, and Jobspiq product questions. Off-topic requests are politely declined.
